Three Body Problem Trilogy (Three Body Problem, Dark Forest, Death’s End) by Cixin Liu: I’m not sure I’ve ever read anything like it. Maybe Dune? It’s expansive and one of the most impactful reading experiences I’ve had. That may sound overstated but it’s not. It’s something. The translation from Chinese can feel clunky at first but you get over it…just keep going. High high recommend.
